Button Up

There are plenty of inexpensive ways to update your A/W wardrobe from coupling a summer dress with tights & boots to changing the buttons on an old coat. I bought this from F21 last year on major clearance (all of the buttons were either falling off or missing) with every intention of changing them. As time got away from me it was pushed further into my closet, ultimately reaching neglect, and before I knew it my denim jacket was in heavy rotation. While unpacking some cold weather gear I recalled why I'd fallen for it and rushed to the nearest fabric store. I bought 5 buttons for a mere $20 and it took me all of 15 minutes to do following this eHow tutorial. I'm not big on cold weather but I'm eager to show it off with some long black leather gloves & and bright scarf! What a fun way to start the week off :-).
